Designed to hold ring shanks and settings together, so that they can be soldered, these Head & Shank – locking tweezers are a must for anyone making rings.
The curved, lower jaw of the tweezers accommodates the shank, or setting, allowing the flat, serrated upper pad to hold the shank, or setting in place. Steady, uniform pressure can then be maintained by use of the side-locking mechanism.
