Returns Policy

Should the item you have purchased from James’s Place be not suitable for your needs, or your needs have changed, you are most welcome to return it to us, at your cost. Once the item has been received in its original packaging, and is in the same, as new, condition as when sent, then a refund, minus the original postage costs, will be made.
Should you receive a damaged or faulty item, or the item is not as described in the original listing on James’s Place,  please contact James’s Place in the first instance, and keep all original packaging. If asked to do so, you will be required to send the item back to us in the original packaging, and if the item is found to be faulty, or not as described, then you will be refunded in full, plus the return postage costs. But please contact us first.

Please note that product colours, shapes and quality can differ from the image shown on the screen due to inaccuracies in reproducing photographs electronically and the natural variation in particular handmade products such as gemstones or beads.  We endeavour to make the images as accurate as possible but depending on your system & monitor they may sometimes appear a little different in real life.
