Produced in Australia from the finest of gold, this top quality Soldering Wire comes in Easy, Medium, & Hard, and is available in conveniently sized 15cm packs. There is a 9ct Yellow Gold Solder for you. The wire measures 0.48mm in diameter, and contains cadmium.
The melting points & weights are as follows:
Easy: 640 C – 715 C …. 0.2grm
Medium: 740 C – 770 C …. 0.25grm
Hard: 770 C – 805 C …. 0.3grm
Please note that from time to time, the 9ct gold solder wire may appear a bit pale or silverish in colour as wire compared to the listing picture, but it does contain 37.5% gold, and when used as solder, melts to the right gold colour. Customers are very pleased with this solder and re-order it again and again
