S-Lon Tex 400 – 0.9mm – Cord from Beadsmith.
The Tex 400 heavy weight cord has a thickness of 0.9mm and is a great addition to the Superlon family of cord.
It is a bonded, 3-ply, twisted multi-filament nylon cord, similar in size to Griffin #10.
Being nearly twice as thick in diameter as the standard S-lon 210, 0.5mm, the S-Lon Tex 400 lends itself to more applications in macrame, braiding, Kumihimo & weaving projects, as well as jewellery making, where a heavier cord than usual is required.
S-Lon Tex 400 is beautiful to work with, produces wonderful end results, and can be sealed with the touch of a flame. It is strong, versatile, smooth to use and knots very well.
Sold in spools of 35yds ( 32mt) in size. Simpy select the colours, or colours that work for your creative imagination. Not in packaging.
